About Us

The Sussex Hypnotherapy Centre offers training and personal development courses as well as a range of downloadable products.

Our aim is to enhance the learning and abilities of therapists; NLP Practitioners; Hypnotherapists and anyone else that works with people.

Dan Jones and Terry Stewart are both registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register. Dan has over 15 years experience in Hypnotherapy and the healing arts whilst Terry has over 30 years experience.

Our training courses are frequently held in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England or the surrounding area and are often one day training courses. We also offer short 'practice groups' that run for two hours in the evening.

Our downloadable products range from PDF eBooks to downloadable MPEG training videos and MP3 training audio courses. We also offer a range of XLS (Microsoft Excel) programmes.

As well as training and personal development we also beginning to develop our 'Sussex Hypnotherapy Research' projects.

Between us we are trained in Solution Focused 'Human Givens Approach' Therapy; Various forms of Hypnotherapy; Meditation; EFT and NLP.

Company history

The Sussex Hypnotherapy Centre was developed a few years back initially as an umbrella that like minded local therapists could come together under. The idea was to create a location where people could visit and find therapists in one place. We also shared the belief that some things should be free. But to offer free sessions and free workshops was too much for one therapist to do. Whereas by coming together people could approach us as a team and we could take it in turns to take on the free work.
